Cookie Policy

This page lists everything swyftservice.com stores in your browser. The list is short: one cookie that remembers your cookie choice, and nothing that tracks you.

1. What this website stores

  • swyft_consent, a cookie (essential). It remembers whether you chose Accept all or Reject all, so we do not ask again on every page. It holds only that choice and a version number, is sent only to this website, and lasts up to 180 days (some browsers, such as Safari, delete it sooner; we then ask again).
  • swyft_chunk_reload_at, in your browser's session storage (essential). It is written only if a page fails to load right after we update the website: it records the time of one automatic reload, so the page cannot reload in a loop. It never leaves your browser and is deleted when you close the tab.

Nothing is stored before you make a choice, apart from that reload record when it is needed.

2. Optional cookies: analytics

We do not run any analytics today, so Accept all changes nothing yet. If we add analytics to count visits and see which pages help people, it will run only if you chose Accept all. We will list it on this page and ask everyone again before it starts.

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell your information.

3. Other companies

  • Apart from the map below, our pages load no scripts, fonts or images from other companies. Even the fonts are served by us.
  • A live-tracking share link (the link someone sends you to follow a job or delivery) draws its map with Google Maps. When it shows the map, it sends your IP address and the map area to Google, which may use its own cookies under Google's privacy policy. The live map is part of that page, so it loads without asking.

4. Our business portals

The portals for providers, stores, hubs, chains and our team use cookies and browser storage that are needed to keep you signed in, protect your account and remember settings such as the side menu, the theme and your recent searches. Pages where you set up payouts also load Stripe, which sets its own fraud-prevention cookies. These are essential, so they are not part of this choice.

5. Changing your choice

Choose Cookie settings at the bottom of our pages to change your choice at any time. You can also delete the swyft_consent cookie in your browser settings; we will ask again on your next visit.
