Upload a spreadsheet and unmatched makes and models come back as suggestions you confirm — never applied for you. What you confirm is remembered, so the next upload is quieter.
Stock that tells the truth
Zero hides. It never oversells
A part at zero stock disappears from the feed instead of taking an order you cannot fill. Set a low-stock threshold and you are told before it gets there.
The import review
It will not guess your catalogue.
Every make and model in an upload is matched against the vehicle master. Anything it cannot match comes back as a question with candidates attached, and nothing is written until you answer it.
Confirmed corrections are remembered per store, so a spelling you fixed once never comes back.
